Satisfaction or money back guarantee, goods are to be returned within 7 days after receipt, without any condition;

Payment :

Depending on the type of art work (etching or painting), you can pay by check, bank wire, paid on delivery,   after agreement between us ; The shipping charges(invoiced at cost)  are to be added to the cost of the order ;

Delivery and insurance

We use several shipping means : usually by Post or DHL, ensuring therefore a total security of the goods during transportation (including insurance) ; in some cases, the goods can be delivered directly by the artist ;
The very big parcels are ensured by a specialized carrier
